Shipping policy

Processing times (the time it takes for your order to get shipped):
For in-stock items: 5-7 days after order date.
For pre-order items: 2-4 weeks after preorders end.

Shipping times (varies a bit by location):
Domestic USA: 5-7 days
International: 2-4 weeks

You can check my instagram (@yokudraws) for status updates or potential delays. I will also update the store main page with important updates/delays/announcements.
If you haven’t received your order within 60 days, contact me here and don’t forget to include your order number!

I am a one person business; almost everything on the store is drawn by me and shipped by me. Additionally, most items aren’t made in house, so any manufacturer delays will also delay my fulfillment time. High order counts, postal delays, holidays, and other factors may attribute to higher fulfillment times. I’ll do my best to ship things out in a timely fashion! If your order hasn’t been shipped out in 2 weeks, contact me and I’ll help sort it out asap! Occasionally, I do lose track of orders, and I’m sorry about that.
